Leviticus 8:17-19

17 but[a] he burned the bull and its skin and its meat and its offal in the fire outside the camp,[b] just as Yahweh had commanded Moses.

18 Then[c] he brought the ram of the burnt offering near, and Aaron and his sons placed their hands on the ram’s head, 19 and he slaughtered it. Then[d] Moses sprinkled the blood on the altar all around.
